Blue and Red decks have been around since the inception of the format (UR Prowess and UR Ensoul), but it took another big metashift from the Strixhaven Pioneer format and all the new Prismari cards to finally let it play with the big boys. However, just what IS the best UR deck to play now? Izzet Phoenix? Izzet Tempo? Izzet Arcanist?
